I almost sold when this got to $4.16. Should have just made a market bid. Whatever. I was thinking that the price was getting a bit close to the merger bid. A ceiling effect.

The offer was $.25 based on the STO closing price of $7.21 on 24 June 2021. On that date the OSH price was 0.5894 of this. I think 4 decimals is enough.
ATM, STO is $6.53 so that by the multiplier yields $3.85 rounded up. FWIIW.
There must be a floor effect somewhere based on OSH's intrinsic value.
The current price is more than the STO merger price slightly but I am willing to hold. I am happy with the OSH financials and with the prospect of the STO SP increasing. I may be over simplifying this.
Without the merger offer cat getting out of the proverbial- OSH would have sunk below $3.60ish.
