That is mt theory on the whole thing .short are not really shorts ,it is all in the plan to keep the s/p low .just think if the s/p was 60c or 70c how much they would need to bid for a t/o
So in the long term they could be saving 20c to 30c per share .
Now how much have they saved on 50,000.000 plus shares .
A well played out game .
But it is getting harder to knock the price down ..I think share holder know,that they are selling to cheap now that the risk has been taken out .
