STO up 19c = mkt cap increase of approx $400mil
we have a qtr the size of Dorado of what they have
so our mkt cap should have increased by $100 mil
CVN up 2.5c = mkt cap increase of approx $39mil
(all else being equal in both co's)
needs to be up 6.5c to equalise
