The easiest way to check is to compare the SP movement of CVN today versus STX and WGO.
CVN (on oil flow rates) news was excellent. Was as good as you could get. Yet, its SP only went up 5%.
It actually returned to the SP of 2 weeks ago, when the flow rates of Baxter was released.
Its as if the market did not ascribe any value at all, for the extremely positive news from the Caley Oil Flow Rates.
In contrast, STX and WGO went up 9% and 6% respectively on speculation of gas flow rates (not on actual results).
That should tell you the story that someone is deliberately holding down our SP.
