G'day Dingo,
We still have a potential $34M(Au) available via the put option agreement with LDA. Not too concerned about the dilution from this, LDA are already holding 8.75M shares that were left over from the first call. As you point out, the higher the share price the fewer shares we need to sell to get the $34M.
What I want to know is:
What plans do the BoD have that need that amount of cash?
