Yes shame about LLC , the development infrastructure arm stuffed up signing big loss making contracts for years to come , SGP now set to top $5.50 yearly highs , big demand for new housing , land sales, logistics , community developments , boom time is back, ,SGP is well placed , cashed up and still a bargain , the market will wake up soon , averaged in $2.23 , sold all my LLC and most of my GMG I've had for 10 years to buy SGP, miles in front now , do a quick yield/return / net assets comparison with GMG , sorry I didn't buy 500,000 more.
