7 News in Perth just had a piece on suburbs with highest uptake of government incentives to build. Piara Waters was number one. It includes stockland blocks and a stockland shopping centre. A small sample of their holdings- but promising. A good business model- you sell the blocks- you build your own shopping centre- and the profits continue well after the blocks have gone.
Its a good area- the cars are parked for miles around when their footy team is playing at home- a good team if a little rough.
REIT will perform well post covid.
