    Bewdy, back in at $3.87- portfolio always looks better with this in it.

    This will be a good long term hold for when property becomes a thing again.

    Drivers eventually- China demand for our stuff- migration to our boundless plains- end of war and etc.

    Back in the day- property did well during long periods of inflation- a given amount of debt decreases in real value per inflation.

    Biggest risk to property- government intervention- policies based on what ought to be done and not on what can be done.
