Strange some of the banter here, if global trade and politics become more frosty (and I really hope they don't) then looking after the friendly local supply chain availability across land becomes more critical....not to mention just pure time and cost metrics.
And EXR don't need to build any pipelines or ever produce a molecule of gas to do exceptionally well, just hammer the same quality exploration results across "multiple basins" over the next two years.
