    key is PROPOSITION as in proposed as in not real or guaranteed - the POPOSITION was to buy massive gold reserves and that fell through the PROPOSITION was acquiring gold tenements next to PDI and hope for NEAR-OLOGY well that came back with 0.5g per TON..

    ill believe it when I see it...also how will they fund buying 70% let me guess CR for millions...
