Truth is shares don't necessarily go up on good news in fact go down on actual news as people hype it up and get disappointed on reality, vrc getting called out for all their bs progressing well and schemes to try and create the what if hype, unfortunately they are now the boy who cried wolf.
maybe actual amazing news of an actual achievement will move sp up past 3c but atm can see more of the same trend
and to be honest even at 0.5c would be big risk of them packing it in completely....
