What piques my interest, with respect to the never ending ownership discussions, is the fact that Endiama is due to be privatised in 2022.
Angola needs to raise monies to trigger more relief from the World Bank.
It seems a little illogical that the Angolan state would relinquish a stake in the Lulo JV, assuming it’s the holy grail of kimberlite fields, whilst also seeking to fatten the cow for privatisation.
