viney402 I am surprised you did not realize after the conversion of RCPS that BRL management are extremely dismissive of small SHers.I think you will find BRL have backed themselves into a corner......now having to find funds for court loss, JAL venture and to save face equipment to mine the escarpment.I see there consolidated cash position as at end of March $23m.Not a great balance sheet to negotiate with considering if they don't/won't mine the escarpment a total investment of about $160m NZD is going to be flushed down the toilet.It's going to take a bit of time to sort this mess out.I see they mention in the 1/4 results that they are still considering their legal position......thats just code for how the hell are we going to explain this to Shers and justify our positions
