Great settlement. But I would like to understand why Shine marked this settlement (and the others) as price sensitive? Presumably most of their fees have been paid by the funder already. There will be solicitor time to be converted into cash, but there is not any indication as to the range of likely cash to be received, or the likely timing. Should they be disclosing these estimates in a price sensitive announcement or are we supposed to guess?
