Great analysis as always value.

I like how the investment was material, but not so much as to take the bulk of the cash away.. its about as much as the liquid assets exceeded current market cap.

This basically means we are trading at liquid assets value, but now our incomes will not be amortising. I expect around $4m of total cash profit per year for the next 3 years or so. Excellent. The re-rate will come.

Don't forget our other canadian investment is paying out handsomely and timed to fund this new venture without denting our actual cash balance too much.
