Not sure if this is a typo but:

Paragraph titled: Summary of financial Agreement last sentence. (Before payout revenue after payout revenue)/money on superb = I 00% return.

If you look carefully is says the letter I then 00% not the number 1 followed by 00%

This reads the letter 'I' followed 00% return. Hope this is just a type and not something in the drawn up financial agreement.

Investment summed up is :

370,000+380,000 = 750CAD = 817,000 AUD.

So profit if 100% would be 817,00 AUD when payout is achieved.
