Excellent news will be officially excited only when productions are confirmed.
what excites me of the aim to pay dividends in approx 2-3 years is that it means nothing but growth till then. Markets should be watching closely in anticipation. November is not far confirmation of good money coming in hopefully will be enough for market to awake
