Transport is already in hand with NEAS videos posted here previously. They service so many remote areas shipping out of Montreal and are the arctic sealift specialists. I have no idea of costs but even if you said $50/t of concentrate that is a transport cost of less than $5M per year. The only issue will be that the shipping window is limited to 4 or 6 months per year and that means revenue come in gluts ... which I see no issue with.
Mining is proven with Mary River project nearby and with these strip ratios the tonnage to mine per year is likely well under 10Mt of rock. Put a cost of mining of $8/t or more on for mining OPEX as a guess.
