If they don't have that stuff written down they are mugs, and if they don't lose their hard earned here they will somewhere else.

To answer you @hotuna - it's a good question - my idea would be that the DSO could proceed during the earn in period - but the profits would be shared on the current basis of ownership, and only AW1s share could be ploughed back as part of the 11m earn in.
Happy to have another opinion on that, maybe there is a term in the contract which applies.
Best plan would be to work up the DSO project then asap raise from SHs the balance for max earn in.

My hope as the projects advance is that shareholders will have an opportunity to provide funds to avoid dilution of a major mining operation in the medium term future. Worst would be if a major miner or fund were to come in with "how much do you need, we will name our price"

Finally a point of view: We might see some headwinds in 2023, but overall markets will be ahead on 2024-01-01, and the critical metals share holdings way ahead.
