Coburn's "world class facility" was looked at for 20 years before it suddenly became viable, Sedgman did a DFS around 2012 or 2013. It was approved by a guy called Luke Graham. Never got off the ground because it wasn't viable.

The last company to do a DFS on it was GR Engineering. Strandline Managing Director Luke Graham said: “This DFS confirms that Coburn is a world class project which will generate strong financial returns for shareholders". Then a year later it magically increased NPV by 28% and "Updated DFS forms a key part of finalising project funding".

I guess it is a "world class" project if you take a DFS prepared by a consultant then just change the things you don't like to improve the financials.
