Its the Fe203 spec that is the problem, difficult to get iron down to .14% with the badly stained mineral that they have.

They have 60% of the zircon going to premium in the dfs.
Getting the lab testwork results in the msp a real challenge.

If luck is on STA side the iron staining is localised at ore depth and in certain pits. If not standard zircon may be the way forward?
if memory serves Gunston originally planned on a standard zircon product.
