Maybe Luke realised things were slipping through the cracks and with labour and supply chain shortages he did not have time to keep the pressure on to ensure supply requirements for mining production. Now we have an experienced operator who will hopefully get production back on track ASAP while Luke can look into the next phase of getting other tenements up to production stage.
Also with hopefully all the worst news behind us, Luke can start spreading the love to the market to bring more investors onboard (or as happened with Mineral deposits Ltd while Jozsef Patarica was around "French miner Eramet has succeeded in capturing Mineral Deposits Limited after a hostile 10-week courtship".)
