This isn't an acquisition, it's a reverse takeover. Old management is out, new management in and the company completely changes direction again.

For the princely sum of close of $3.5 mill in cash and shares you get the Chairmans personal company with no detail as to what it even earns.

265 million shares on issue. Without revenue and profit details of JCurve it's hard to see this as remotely positive.
