Huge Deal. Some takeaways from me:
- Massive validation from a US $26B International Tech Company.
- Strategic investment. These guys will be sticky, no dumping on market after a quick 20% gain. Also the potential for them to take further stakes or even take over the whole company.
- Excellent cash runway. Approx $23m in cash with the potential for more grants. No dilution for a while.
- No 6% broker fees or options granted, deal done direct with Keysight at a favourable price.
- Any institutions or fund managers waiting for a raise will now be forced to buy on market.
- Founder led business with significant skin in the game. Well done Scott Kirkland and team.
