    I can see your point @makattack ...but how Marc Samal mentioned that this acquisition is a very strategic investment. Through this acquisition Payroup will be the leader in payroll services in Australia and New Zealand as well in many parts of Asia. Not much competition anymore in the region...As well the cross selling opportunities between Paygroup and IWS should rake up some more profits because both offer slightly different solutions for different markets. Through the new franchise customers from IWS it will open some more opportunities for Paygroup in Asia. I personally think that this was an excellent move to acquire IWS and I can see this will pay back multiples of what PYG paid.

    To invest in automation and artificial intelligence.....That would mean immense cost savings in human resources what are the biggest expenses for PYG.
