The deal makes sense - ticks a number of boxes - not seen matso’s numbers but I think the price is a bit high for a very niche product - personally I hate fruit beer - shows good intent on the part of gage roads - hope they can benefit from the synergies & not spread themselves too thin - must make them an even bigger take over target! - finally, do we really need 4 threads for basically the same discussion!
