The only thing that seems to make sense is that they are doing this production trial to prove up the viability of Oposura in readiness for a sale and as a hedge, try to make Sara attractive enough to sell for more more than just loose change if no-one offers enough for Oposura.
The cash would then go to Alacran. All the presentations lead with Alacran now even though Oposura is much further along the path and is closer to providing operating cash (but is it enough cash feed Alacran and build Oposura) - the presentations shows where the future really lies, yet the issue for running both projects is capital
