I would think a prudent Board would elect to withhold a dividend until after the plant has been transferred to Atlas and it's in production mode.
Alternatively give a small token dividend of 0.5c to appease retail shareholders and begin to create some permanency around a dividend policy.
But the cash build up is definitely feeding off two tailwinds (a) current prices and (b) the AUD is weakening and may even breech 70c
I would think a prudent Board would elect to withhold a dividend...
