Considering it is still November and they reported at end of September that they had $50.3m in cash with a further $7.7m in revenue due for their September shipment giving them $58m. This purchase will cost them $24m and won’t close till probably February. That still leaves them with $34m before you add on cash earned in December quarter.

Bearing in mind last years dividend cost circa $19m, and it wasn’t paid until the end of April I can’t see any reason to believe another 2c dividend shouldn’t be paid except this time it should also be fully franked.
