Risk vs Reward here. No doubt about it.
On the same street, the same location, we can’t find good houses with cheap prices. We may only find broken houses for cheaper prices. The question is whether we are capable of turning this broken house into good house? I personally take my chance here as I believe in this management team.
Now, it all depends on everyone’s risk appetite here. Someone may choose to pay higher for less uncertainty. Someone may choose to take certain risk to get higher rewards
For CCA, only time will tell whether we are making the right decision or not .
