This is incorrect to assume increasing the cash stack relates to the exact valuation of a company. This acquisition is what should add value, however it is yet to be seen (risk increased) and this risk reduces the valuation. The acquisition is complex and management appear overconfident ($0.2 million integration costs) that they will integrate into the current business model (end of July), hopefully they are correct.
