I believe the SPP information will be released shortly, according to their previous announcements. No timeline has been announced for the $5million retail placement.
looking into the SPP details, it looks like there is a ~10% dilution and the SPP price is ~10% below current valuations. Essentially next to no discount so management are confident people will buy the news. This goes against the Markets core belief to always sell the news.
