    I love this!
    Connecting tenements... close to industrial town with necessary resources... all for a cheap sum...that we can pull out of if we want (highly doubtful, but I love that management has the foresight to include this in case unknown risks rear their heads).

    What I love most is the confidence that management has in themselves and their abilities. When you know, you just know.
