I don't see what the fuss is. TTW has made the decision not to proceed with the Midrim/Laforce acquisition in line with the fact that the current market is a dogs breakfast. We've all witnessed the fact that all news is being sold into - whether it be considered good or bad.

It'd appear that TTW is saving their considerable cash reserves to ensure that when they do make further acquisitions, it is done in a more favorable macro financial environment - where investors will buy into good news.

Let's not forget that GTT Ventures get their first lot of shares if and when the share price hits 10.5 cents, and remains at or above that level for 10 days. TTW needs to perform before GTT are rewarded for their efforts.

Happy to hear and consider dissenting views in so far as they are rational and we'll thought out. The responses to the Ann have so far been emotional with no rationale backing them up.
