Someone didn't want this to run today. Pre open the sells in large sizes started getting stacked to put off any day traders or short termers. Instead of waiting for it to run on fantastic news they sold immediately and stifled any run. I wonder whether someone wants the SP at these levels for cheaper shares to be issued as payment... Not to worry, I'll get more and wait for the transaction to finalise and the inevitable pump that will come. This has a very good chance of being a profitable company medium term imo
