"Odyssey could breach the agreement by failing to deliver the required feedstock,
and that IGES will not be able to find alternative suppliers, at all, on as favourable terms or in
the quantities required. Such termination or failure to renew could result from things such as
an inability to source feedstock for aggregation, delivery difficulties, or an ability to obtain higher
prices from other customers.’"
