Since the money is clearly not coming by May 26th and or the "worst case scenario" of end of June, (we know this now), then that was the bet, so Bill owes me $100...
As for the "verbal" confirmation, and the next 10 banking days, that is clearly another matter, and as at this moment remains to be seen. I certainly hope for holders it comes true.
