If the numbers play out, we paid 1.5M for a profitable business making ~400k per year. That pays itself off in about 4 years and is pure upside from there. That ignores any benefits from gained efficiencies, cross sell/upsell or conversion to higher margin products.
This doesnt move the needle significantly but looks on paper to be a great aquisition.
Although like everything with CCR it needs to comvert to real revenue to actually matter.
