Volatile, but with any luck, it could even end up. One analyst has upgraded their target SP to about 16.50.About 10% of MC being made available at 12.00 to instos and current shareholders will be a magnet for a while but if the macro behaves, I think it can reach escape velocity.
The deal is fair and highly cross promotional across both platforms, so no reason why this shouldn't be a higher valued business after the deal. Also, no integration issues to worry about as they are maintaining separate platforms.
