Management are doing a very good job, it's not their fault the market has been in a depressed mood since last September and most investors are never satisfied when stocks aren't constantly rising, all the boxes are being ticked off steadily but surely and patience of a grasshopper is still required with significant announcements not that far away. Lead price near 3 year highs but the market doesn't care about that at this time it seems.
