I have been concerned for some time that compliance was the reason many signed onto an AFSL. I am far happier that SEQ now will have content providers and will have this available for those who are under the SEQ flag. I think it is a critical compliance factor and a lot of new blogs , groups are now hosting CEO's etc. This gives them a lot more content to provide. Even if this didn't make money I think it is a must have given how banks and others looked at the royal commission. I think it is another feature to sell to advisors.
I am all about bottom line but I think this protects the bottom line and starts a differentiation - also liked the look of some of the players joining.
