I like what I see and will be participating. By the looks of it Shaun has been able to get his hands on some solid market leading assets at a great price (less than 4x revenues). Adevinta have bigger fish to fry post the merger with eBay, if it wasn't for that I doubt these assets would have been for sale. The Colombian property portal looks like a real gem and will fit well with Infocasas which has been a great asset. A ~64:36 split between the placement and rights to existing shareholders shows Shaun's making sure retail investors like us have the opportunity to participate which is good. The placement well by existing institutional shareholders. It seems like these guys like what they've been shown and if retail don't take up their share then plenty of demand left over to cover. Total raise of $100 mil with ~$40 mil earmarked for further acquisitions, I guess Shaun sees a pipeline of acquisition in the not to distant future or might increasing FDV stakes in existing businesses. Don't forget about the sneaky trading update at the end of the presentation, revenues rebounded strongly and the portfolio was profitable during July and August. Onward and upwards!
