I think this means IGL will be able to cross-sell these new capabilities and services to its own 2,800+ clients, providing an even wider offer to its clients, and likewise IGL offering its services to ADG and AFI clients. The wide ranging capabilities will allow it standout for its competitors.
If some existing clients gradually start to take up these new services, I expect this to have a greater earnings accretion than what they’ve conservatively estimated today (not to mention the cost synergies to be extracted, as some as mentioned on here today).
