I agree with you 100%.

In the notes to the resolutions re: ZEPO's to the Directors, it does not specifically say the options are in lieu of a cash payment for Director's Fees.

"The independent consultant advised that the issue of related party incentive options forms part of a fair and reasonable remuneration package designed to include the provision for rewards for generating medium to long term shareholder value. "

Do you think if the oppies were granted in lieu of a cash payment, the company would explicitly state this? I think it is a reasonable expectation.

I view the oppies as a gift. Pure and simple. Are the oppies tied to the Director remaining on the BoD? I think not.
