Correct in that this is the amount that WGX receives as in any other CR. However the buyer has not received the shares at a discount but at a premium. They will not be likely then to offload shares to drive the price down. This is a clever move by WGX to obtain more capital to achieve their development goals more quickly and provide funds for further opportunistic acquisitions. This management seems really switched on and driving increased production while lowering AISC. This gets the thumbs up from me as it will drive long term SP.
