So 3D Group Pty Ltd went into VA then the new entity was formed 333D pty ltd. From what Mr Simpson purports to be the same shareholders, excluding him - (would need to order ASIC docs to confirm.)
Following that, it seems 333D used Oz breweries limited as a reverse takeover vehicle.
As a result EGR maintains its 50% stake in 3D Graphtech industries Pty Ltd
