35million options at .08c (piggy back options)
total outstanding shares now=140million
just under 6 million dollars for 105million shares which i guess is just under 60% if 35million is ~20%. however i don't know how many total shares are outstanding or options. It wouldn't surprise me if there were a substantial number of options given out to the directors already.
