I would really like to think that.
However occams razor suggests that he isn't completely across the technical details of a new venture. The other possibility is that he simply misspoke under the pressure of an interview environment.
The alternative is that PPK have gone from producing grams per day to kilograms per day and decided to not share it. This does not seem believable.
