Reads like an old CTR announcement, obviously we dont need tyre recycling plants in Australia. Wonder what happened to units 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and why they had to send 8,9 over here for testing ? it couldnt have been to satisfy local EPA laws as it seems they are not going to go into production here.
