It sounds like Hanking disclosed that there made non-binding bid. For what purpose I have no idea.. highly unusual i can on gather that they indicating their continual interested..
I doubt FML disclosed this information as the recent trend seems to be towards non-disclosure in the absence of a compelling reason to do so.
